This was said to show that we were intended to be united as one, all as citizens of America.
The founding fathers wrote this fix what was wrong with Americas previous government, the Articles of the Confederation. Justice will be brought to anyone who does wrong to anyone or to us. There will be a strong commitment towards keeping peace the United States. The government made it so that the states work together to create a defense for the United States. Everyone will be equal and treated the same under government. The United States fought hard for our rights and the government will do everything in their power to protect them. The people of the United States have made this powerful statement and the people give the country its power. |
