1. Freedom of religions, speech, press, assembly, and petition
2. Right to bear arms 3. Banning the quartering of troops in your own home 4. Unreasonable search and seizure 5. Due process, double jeopardy, and protection from self incrimination 6. Right to a jury 7. Jury trial in civil cases 8. Cruel and unusual punishment is not allowed 9. Things not written in the Constitution can be used to cancel amendments to it 10. Powers not reserved to the government are reserved to the states 11. Law suits against states 12. Election of Vice president and president are in the electoral college 13. Slavery is abolished 14. Rights of Citizens 15. Right to vote no matter what race or color 16. Income Tax 17. Popular election of senators 18. Prohibition 19. Women’s Suffrage 20. The inauguration and election are put closer together 21. Getting rid of the 18th amendment 22. No presidents can serve more than 2 elected terms 23. The District of Columbia can vote 24. No Poll tax 25. Presidential Succession 26. Voting age went down to 18 years 27. Congressional pay |
